Oppo now has a new mid-range smartphone called Oppo A8 up on their shelve with some cool features that can make any die-hard Oppo fan in Nigeria drooling to have a feel of the device. This latest Android smartphone was officially launched on the 20th of December with a pretty tall 6.50-inch display that produces a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. Even with all the cool features onboard, the expected price in Nigeria is still within the budget range.
Amongst the many fantastic features of the Oppo A8, the IPS LCD display is wide enough to give you the best visual experience. Although, some sources argued that it would have been better if the phone is armed with an AMOLED panel. But in any case, the display is still pretty much good. There is a waterdrop-styled notch that houses the front selfie shooter, and the screen has a 19:9 aspect ratio with a pixel density of 270 PPI.

For optics, Oppo A8 comes with triple rear camera setup, containing a 12MP main camera, a second 2MP camera, and a third 2MP camera with autofocus. The cameras take good and quality pictures, but don’t expect the pictures to be as sharp as what we have on the Huawei P40 or even the Redmi K30. The thing is, the extra megapixels on the aforementioned android smartphones would cost more to have them. So, to get cameras that sharp, you’ve got to up your budget a bit. On the front, the Oppo A8 sports an 8MP camera for selfies.
As far as the battery is concerned, the android smartphone is powered by a 4230mAh battery capacity that makes sure the phone have steady power for a whole day. Oppo A8 also runs Android 9 (Pie) operating system.
