Tecno Mobile as we know unveiled the new Camon 12 series a few days ago of which Tecno Camon 12 Pro is the highest upgrade among the three Android smartphones in the latest series. Today, we are going to beam our light of the Camon 12 Pro, which the company claims to sports high-quality cameras that can take good quality pictures from any angle. Specs-wise, the device features a big 6.4-inch display with MediaTek Helio P22 chipset. It boasts of triple camera sensors at the back with a 3500mAh battery supplying the power juice. There is also a 32MP front selfie shooter to compete with the likes of Infinix Hot S4 and Tecno Phantom 9. In case you think the other lower models in this latest series are not what you need based on their features, Tecno Camon 12 Pro might just be what you have been searching for.
Design and Display
The latest Camon 12 Pro comes with a vibrant design which is common with Camon series, with a striking resemblance to the trending Tecno Phantom 9. It looks trendy with a glossy finish that gives a smooth feeling when touched. The Dawn Blue color single color option also makes the phone stand out from the rest.
Based on the display, this Android smartphone features an impressive 6.4 inch AMOLED display with a DOT-shaped notch housing the front selfie camera. The display gives 720 x 1548 pixels of resolution with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

For optics, the latest Camon 12 Pro comes with triple rear camera sensors which include a 16MP + 2MP + 8MP for the taking ultra-clear pictures. The front features a 32MP camera with F2.0 aperture for taking clear selfies and video calls.
Considering the price at which this device is going for and the fact that it is one of Tecno’s global flagship device, the 3500mAh battery capacity onboard is a bit low. But notwithstanding, the battery when fully charged can still offer decent battery life on a fair usage range. There is no fast charging technology on this model, which is another turn off.

The Tecno Camon 12 Pro is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 chipset with Octa-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. For graphics, the PowerVR GE8320 handles the job quite efficiently. Furthermore, the Android smartphone comes with a 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto 256GB via microSD card.
Software-wise, the Camon 12 Pro runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) out of the box.
