This latest phone is called Tecno Spark 4 and it features triple rear camera sensors, an ample 4000mAh battery, and powered by the Helio A22 processor.
Just as most phones in the Tecno Spark series, Spark 4 sports a sleek and shiny body design, and serves as the latest upgrade to the Tecno Spark 3 that was released a few months back. The price for this device in Nigeria is quite affordable and is here to take on the likes of Infinix Hot 8, and Nokia 6.2.
Tecno Spark 4 was officially launched yesterday (25th September 2019) in India with a big Dot notch 6.52-inch touchscreen, very responsive rear fingerprint sensor, and there are rumors that it also supports 4G LTE. Read on, as we review the full specifications and the expected price in Nigeria.

If you are familiar with Tecno Spark series, you will agree with me that the designs are always sleek and trendy. Tecno Spark 4 is not an exception in terms of beauty. The phone measures 75.9mm in width and the thickness stands at 8.2mm. Because of the big battery on board, the phone may weigh more than Spark 3 (not confirmed though). Spark 4 also comes in two color options to choose from, which are Purple and Blue.
As far as display is concerned, Tecno Spark 4 features a 6.5 inches HD+ IPS LCD display with a Dot notch on top of the display housing front selfie shooter. The budget Android smartphone gets 271 PPI with an aspect ratio of 20:9. With the 720 x 1600 screen resolution, you can enjoy quality visuals. Also, the LCD screen has a 90% screen to body ratio.
Camera and Battery

Camera-wise, Tecno Spark 4 hosts triple rear camera setup which includes: a 13MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor, and a QVGA night camera which is accompanied by a LED flash. At the front, you get an 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture for taking clean selfies. You also do your video recordings with the rear and front camera at 1080p pegged at 30fps.
For power, Tecno Spark 4 hosts a big 4,000mAh that supplies the power juice. The battery also supports 10W fast charge rate. When fully charged, Tecno claims you can get upto 26 hours of call time, 6 hours of video playback, 6.9 hours of gaming, and 110 hours of audio playback.

Hardware and Software
Under the hood, Tecno Spark 4 is equipped with MediaTek Helio A22 chipset which has a Quad-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz. The processor works along with a 3GB/4GB of RAM and a 32GB/64GB of internal storage that supports upto 128GB expandable storage via MicroSD card. For graphics or gaming, the PowerVR GE8320 handles that department adequately.
Software-wise, Spark 4 runs on Android 9 Pie with HiOS v5.0 skin out of the box.
